This is not the TIME to be chillaxin; GM plans to make Chevy Volt and other electric vehicles, but this is the same company the plans to produce a hybrid hummer. Oh wait, they are selling Hummer division. Get real guys, see movie "Who Killed The Electric Car". GM bankrupt had electric cars technology back in the 90's. Maybe they would have survive if they had gone green.
