California water shortage

Back in the 1930's there was the great depression. There also was a water shortage that cause the dust bowl. Actually, we are seeing a repeat of both. There is a financial panic which leads to economic crisis, but also hot dry weather is causing a new dust bowl.

California can expect more fires and less crops as things go dry. History is repeating itself with a new crisis.
